We offer Virtual ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) using state-of-the-art technology applied to traditional
ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) techniques, of mediation and arbitration, to form a unique environment
where settlements happen quickly and efficiently without the need to go any
further than your desk.
The MARS Virtual ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Conference seeks to emulate, as closely
as possible, the traditional Mediation or Arbitration conference.
It provides a real time video and audio environment to offer
mediators, arbitrators, attorneys and other legal practitioners the
opportunity carry on mediation and arbitration conferences using
the latest state-of-the-art videoconferencing technology combined
with our proprietary Case Management System. In this way we
create a unique environment, very similar to traditional conferences,
saving time, travel expenses and reducing costs, right from your desk,
without having to leave your office.
• The initiating party calls MARS and arranges a time and date for the
conference with a MARS Case Manager.
• The Case Manager sends e-mails to the participating parties with
case number and password information.
• The parties are required to provide evidence and other case
information by uploading or faxing the files to MARS at least 48
hours prior to the conference.
• The parties are requested to review the case information 24 hours
prior to the conference.
• The mediator sets up the conference online, approximately 10
minutes prior to the conference.
• The conference participants log into the conference.
• The mediator makes introductions and gives instructions, on
how the conference is to be conducted.
• The mediator manages and guides the exchanges between the
parties to the completion of the mediation or adjournment if
no settlement is reached.
• If there is no settlement, but the mediator and the parties agree
to continue the conference at a later date, the mediator will
notify the Case Manager to reschedule the conference.

Additional Conference Hour: 125.00 / party
Additional Participant Fee (per hour): 50.00 / party
Conference Rescheduling Fee: 50.00 / party
The charge for a Mediator/Arbitrator, 1 Hour of case review
prior to the conference by the Mediator/Arbitrator and all
videoconferencing charges are included in the above fees.
