Mediation Arbitration Resolution Services, Inc. (MARS) is dedicated to the proposition that everyone has the right to their own opinions and that their disputes should be heard and resolved in a fair and equitable forum, regardless of their station in life. It is our belief that all disputes, being significant, or trivial, as they may at first appear, shall be offered the opportunity to be heard and resolved with the help of a neutral third party. MARS is further dedicated to the proposition that technology will continue to give us the ability to shape and direct the development of new methods of alternative dispute resolution. That our programs and services will be designed to serve the needs of people from all walks of life, as we strive to be a leader and innovator in the field of alternative dispute resolution.

That we will offer consumers and merchants involved in e-commerce, the legal community, individuals and governments more efficient, less confrontational, less time consuming and less costly alternative dispute resolution choices, than those available through traditional mediation or arbitration methods. Accordingly, we strive to adopt new ideas and the use of new technologies, so that we as facilitators, can ensure that disputes in which we are involved, are resolved in a most judicious and expeditious manner.
